We will send inspection copies of our textbooks only to academic staff teaching relevant courses at recognised institutions.
All inspection copies will be sent at our sole discretion and you will be expected to email your comments to us, once you have evaluated the book. We will chase you for these comments (as they are very useful to us), so please don’t request a book if you are not prepared to let us know what you think of it.
Electronic Inspection Copies:
To save money (which is ultimately passed on to the students in higher prices anyway), time and the environment, we prefer to supply electronic inspection copies where possible in the first instance. Normally, there is a link to request an electronic inspection copy at the bottom of the description of the book (note that we don’t offer this for all titles).
Paper Inspection Copies:
Electronic inspection copies are often useful for you to check whether the book is right for your course. If it is, and you want to do a more in-depth evaluation of the book before making your final decision, then we we will be happy to supply you with a free paper copy.
If you would like to see an inspection copy of any of our textbooks, then please send an email to: Simon Watkins (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
– Your full contact details, including a valid postal address (especially if you are working from home)
– Course name and number
– Course start date
– Current recommended books.
